Preamble:

Nirma University is committed to quality teaching-learning, research, and dissemination of knowledge. University journals aim to provide a high-quality, peer-reviewed, open-access platform for scholarly articles. They focus on convenience for researchers, peer review, an efficient and cost-effective process of papers, and fast turnaround times. Further, they are owned by the university and published exclusively open access, with transfer of copyrights to the university. We do not ask the authors to pay any article publication charges (APC).

Scope:

Four different journals are published by four constituent institutes of the Nirma University, namely:

  • Nirma University Journal of Engineering and Technology (NUJET) – by Institute of Technology
  • Nirma University Journal of Business and Management Studies (NUJBMS) - by Institute of Management
  • Nirma University Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences (NUJPS) – by Institute of Pharmacy
  • Nirma University Law Journal (NULJ) – by Institute of Law

Original research papers, review articles, case studies, modeling and simulation analysis and results, experimentally verified applications, mathematical analysis-based studies, etc. are published. The articles in these journals are peer-reviewed and will be screened for plagiarism before acceptance.

    The Nirma University Journal of Engineering and Technology (NUJET) is the flagship journal of the Institute of Technology, Nirma University.

    Aim:
    Nirma University Journal of Engineering and Technology aims to serve as a means of prompt dissemination of original theoretical and applied research results of various disciplines of engineering.
     
    Scope:
    The papers may contain original research contributions in the form of: state of the art literature review, mathematical analysis, mathematical modelling and simulation analysis, design procedures, computer flowchart and program, practical implementation, and hardware realization. All papers published are full-length research papers and articles. The journal also publishes reviews, discussion of papers published in this journal, book reviews and invited papers. The editorial board with the help of experts from across the academia and industry conducts the peer review process. NUJET is six monthly. Its scope encompasses relevant topics under the broad areas of Chemical Engineering, Computer Science & Information Technology, Civil Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Education, and Engineering Mathematics.

    The Nirma University Journal of Business and Management Studies (NUJBMS) is the flagship journal of the Institute of Management, Nirma University. It provides conceptual, empirical, and case-based research tailored to the needs of management scholars and practitioners researching and working in business schools and in industry.

    Aim: The journal aims to promote research in business and management functional areas.

    Scope: It is a biannual journal, that welcomes conceptual, theoretical, and empirical research papers, articles, research notes, commentary and criticism, discussion papers, and case studies on diverse emerging management areas and issues. The purpose of the journal is to promote application and practice-oriented research by assisting scholars, practitioners, professionals, and policymakers. So that, they can make informed decisions in all walks of life.

    All reviewers will receive a hard copy of certificate at the end of review cycle.

    The Nirma University Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences (NUJPS) is the flagship journal of the Institute of Pharmacy, Nirma University.

    • To invite peers/experts to share their views on recent advancements in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector.

    The Nirma University Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences – NUJPS (ISSN: 2348 – 4012) publishes original research work that significantly improves the scientific knowledge in all the areas of Pharmaceutical Sciences i.e. Pharmaceutical Technology, Novel drug delivery systems, Nanotechnology, Biopharmaceutics & Pharmacokinetics, Medicinal Chemistry, Computational Chemistry, Molecular Drug Design, Pharmacognosy and Phytochemistry, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Pharmacy Practice, Clinical and Hospital Pharmacy, Cell Biology, Genomics and Proteomics, Pharmacogenomics, Bioinformatics and Biotechnology of Pharmaceutical Interest, Pharmaceutical Management, Regulatory Affairs, Drug Discovery, Cosmeceuticals and Nutraceuticals, etc. The Journal will be focusing on various types of research papers i.e. original research work either as a full research paper or as a short communication.     The Nirma University Law Journal (NULJ) is the biannual, peer-reviewed journal of the Institute of Law, Nirma University. It's inter-disciplinary in nature expounding contemporary issues across disciplines like Sociology, Political Science, Technology, Public policy and Economics etc.

    Aim

    The NULJ aims to encourage writings that are inter-disciplinary in nature expounding contemporary issues across disciplines like Economics, Political Science Public Policy/Administration, Sociology, Science & Technology, and sectoral disciplines in the context of Law.

    It has been the constant endeavour of the Institute of Law, Nirma University to become the beacon of legal education by encouraging synthesis of knowledge and best practices cutting across academia and research fraternity.

    • To achieve this aim, it endeavours to analyse and present the contemporary socio-legal issues Economics, Public Policy/Administration, Sociology, Science & Technology and sectoral disciplines in the context of Law and its allied subjects, which in its individual capacity which befit the standards of an international publication.
    • To provide a forum for academicians, professionals, researchers, and students for sharing of knowledge and dissemination of new and innovative ideas in legal and relevant associated disciplines.

    The scope of NULJ is wider; it encourages writings that are inter-disciplinary in nature expounding contemporary issues across disciplines, such as, Economics, Political Science Public Policy/Administration, Sociology, Science & Technology, and sectoral disciplines in the context of Law and its allied subjects.
