Nirma University Law Journal (herein after referred the ‘NULJ’) is published by the Institute of Law, Nirma University with aims to enhancing the standard of the legal education and research to contribute in the domain of knowledge at worldwide, through the contributions on contemporary issues in the field of law and other disciplines. The journal is a double-blind peer reviewed law journal, and publishes Bi-Annually under the circulation since 2011. Its ISSN number is 2249-1430. It is published under the guidance and contribution from Editor-in-Chief, Editorial Board, Associate/Faculty Editorial Board, and Reviewers consisting legal luminaries and experts from legal, Social Sciences, and multidiscipline research fields.

NULJ through its quality publications has secured over the years a place in premier platforms of journal indexing i.e. HeinOnline, EBSCO, Manupatra, SCC online, and Indian citation index. NULJ publication gets uploaded on its own website (https://journals.nirmauni.ac.in/index.php/law) as an open access source along with details about the Editorial Board and publication guidelines for the reference of revered authors.

Aim

The NULJ aims to encourage writings that are inter-disciplinary in nature expounding contemporary issues across disciplines like Economics, Political Science Public Policy/Administration, Sociology, Science & Technology, and sectoral disciplines in the context of Law.

It has been the constant endeavour of the Institute of Law, Nirma University to become the beacon of legal education by encouraging synthesis of knowledge and best practices cutting across academia and research fraternity.

  • To achieve this aim, it endeavours to analyse and present the contemporary socio-legal issues of Economics, Public Policy/Administration, Sociology, Science & Technology, and sectoral disciplines in the context of Law and its allied subjects, which in its individual capacity which befit the standards of an international publication.
  • To provide a forum for academicians, professionals, researchers, and students for sharing knowledge and dissemination of new and innovative ideas in legal and relevant associated disciplines.
