About the Journal

Nirma Universiy Journal of Engineering and Technology (NUJET) was started in January 2010 with the first issue. To start with it was a print journal from the second year it has been established as an online journal with the help OJS software.

Nirma University Journal of Engineering and Technology aims to serve as a means of prompt dissemination of original theoretical and applied research results of various disciplines of engineering.
 
Scope:
The papers may contain original research contributions in the form of: state of the art literature review, mathematical analysis, mathematical modelling and simulation analysis, design procedures, computer flowchart and program, practical implementation, and hardware realization. All papers published are full-length research papers and articles. The journal also publishes reviews, discussion of papers published in this journal, book reviews and invited papers. The editorial board with the help of experts from across the academia and industry conducts the peer review process. NUJET is six monthly. Its scope encompasses relevant topics under the broad areas of Chemical Engineering, Computer Science & Information Technology, Civil Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Education, and Engineering Mathematics.
 

Objectives of the Journal

NUJET is a multidisciplinary, open access (OA), all-electronic archival journal that presents the results of original research and developments taking place across various fields of Engineering, Engineering Mathematics, and Engineering Education. In long run, for better reach in the libraries of education institutes and R&D organizations, and also to be the handy reference for the researchers, the Journal is planned to be published in printed form as well. NUJET publishes articles that are of high interest to readers, original, discussing novelty, technically correct, and clearly presented. The journal provides platform to researchers working in allied areas to publish their latest research/findings/surveys/reviews with no publication charges. The journal follows double-blind peer review process. Publication with open access provides wide spectrum of readers and more citation opportunities for research articles published in this journal. The purpose of introducing this online e-journal is to widely reach to researchers interested in all the disciplines of Engineering, by way of open access system through internet and disseminate ideas and knowledge all over the world.
